She began her career as a labor organizer and victim advocate, and brings that same drive for justice into every space she enters. Her work is informed not only by her professional experience, but also by her own journey navigating systems of power and fighting for what’s right.

Rebecca has helped pass dozens of laws that advance public health, prevent gun violence, expand economic security, and protect survivors. She has secured public funding, unified coalitions, and delivered policy wins that have become models for other states.
